Pink Nails Day Spa

This place is a pass for me. I texted early in the day asking if an appointment would be available for what I wanted done, as what I wanted was extensive and would take time due to the fine details I wanted. I was told through text to not worry about an appointment and to be sure I was there before 9pm. I ended up arriving at 730pm and told them exactly what I wanted the moment I walked in the door. There was a lot of confusion and what seemed to be annoyance of the things I wanted done when I asked in advance in text earlier that day. About 4 different women worked on my nails so the tips had to be spread amongst them, which I felt caused me to spend more money than I intended. I got a full set of nails a couple days ago. First of all the lady who did my nails did a horrible job . I always say I’m not going back because I always get stuck with this lady and feel like it’s rude to say I don’t want her to do my nails so when she was finished, she said it’ll be $50 on my way out the door I looked at the price chart it Said $35 for a full set. I asked the lady why she charged me $50. She said oh no the $35 price is for little kids.?? I think she was full of crap! I don’t know of any little kid That gets a full set of nails put on besides the stick on kind.

When I came in I was asked what I wanted twice by a woman who appeared to be the manager. Both times I told her I wanted my acrylics soaked off. When I sat down the same woman proceeded to use a plastic nail tip to pry my acrylics off, leaving white marks on a few of my fingers. Another women then came to do my manicure. She was constantly asking what color I wanted even though my hands were being worked on and I didn’t have any time to look through their options. As I was finishing up, the woman asked if I was tipping since my sister payed. After I told her no she asked 3-4 more times. I have been here multiple times before. They usually do pretty good work but they lack in service depending on the day and the manager. Sometimes it seems like they care more about speed and how much money

For being my first time at that salon, I loved my nails. I would really go back and they treated me very well. Thank you for the service.

I wasn’t going to waste my time, but at this point I completely wasted my money and need to go get a REAL manicure. My nails look worse than they originally did and my experience was HORRIBLE. The lady who did my nails in the middle of the services asked “do you want to pay now or later”, of course I said later because who the hell pays for a service before it’s done. She said “I want you to pay now”, and this is the first time I’ve been here so I’m thinking this is how they do it (I also went with 2 friends and they were NOT forced to pay during their service, and all I was getting was a mani pedi while they were getting full sets and pedis!!).
