They are so fantastic. They do an excellent job on my gel xl nails!! both my sister and myself go there every 2 to 3 weeks and they treat you like family. You always know it’s nice if they offer you something to drink a glass of wine soda just very polite, family, and happy to see you and do a good job for you! Thanks

Updated Review: This is my regular nail salon, and they recently came under new management. Compared to before, I think the customer service and efficiency have improved. They also have more colors and services available. I've noticed many men come here, solo or with family. I will continue coming here with the improvements. Original Review: I was apprehensive after reading some reviews, but I enjoyed my time today. I got a regular spa pedicure and a gel manicure. My technician was so sweet and did a great job. I was surprised by the number of walk-ins, and few could be accommodated. If you need to get your nails done, I encourage you to make an appointment to guarantee you'll be seen. Other than that, I enjoyed my service and would come back again.

This is my third time coming to Pink Nail & Spa and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I came in with an inspo pic and asked Ken if he could do it. He did! I wanted gel x with a crosshatch French tip on one nail (each hand). I picked the color and he made sure to deliver! Will come back again soon!

I really want to love this place, but I often feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I come, I always get a regular full set or a regular fill. I noticed that if you don't come to spend money on all the extras, you get treated differently. Today was the final straw. I like when K does my nails because at this point he knows I just want regular nails, no frills. He wasn't available today so my nails were rushed and not done well. We didn't even stop for me to wash the dust off my hands. I don't think I need to keep going there if I'm not valued as a customer (even if I'm only spending for basic service)
