Pink Lady Nails

My first experience there was Horrible. The guy was rude. My nails only lasted a week not worth the money to go. It wasn’t in a one star, but it would not let me post it without me hitting a star

I went to this salon for the first time recently had quite a bad experience. They got me in as soon as I walked in which was very nice and one lady started my nails. It started to go downhill when a different lady came over to finish my nails. It took her almost 2 hours to do my nails, and they look nothing like the photo reference I provided. At the hour and 45 min mark I told her just to do one flower instead of 4, because I had somewhere to be and couldn’t sit there for another 30 mins. The lady was very sweet, but I’m disappointed in how long my manicure took, just for it to look nothing like I wanted. I included pictures of my reference photo and the manicure that I received.

I have been going here for YEARS! By far the best in my eyes. I don’t go anywhere else. They take their time, make conversation and are amazing people. Took my daughter about 3 years ago, and she doesn’t go anywhere else. You couldn’t pay me to go elsewhere!

I went to pink lady salon today to have old acrylic removed and put acrylic overlay clear over my natural nails. Once that was removed i was there for over two and a half hours and all they did was take the old acrylic off and mess up my natural nails. The lady left me sitting there for 45 minutes in the chair while she forgot about me to go tend to her child in the back. Worst job I've ever had. I've been there in the past and had a not so good experience in the past but this topped it all. I will never go back there. My nails look horrible. My nails were very long and she filed them to barely nothing ripping them apart.

You GOTTA see Tony. I've been searching high and low since my last guy Jack (from Pink Lady as well) moved far away. I've tried every place around here, multiple nail techs. I have a complaint EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I saw Tony, and while he took a while to get around to me the first time, he did an absolutely flawless job. I had not a single complaint. Which is, as previously stated, RARE. I'm so happy and grateful to have him. I hope he never leaves. But that seems to be the pattern so who knows?
