Pineapple Day Spa

I came here to pick up some Aveda products that I needed. The salon was very nice and cozy inside. The staff is very friendly and kind and helped me check out to get my conditioner and shampoo. The spa also very clean and tidy.

Was there last Saturday and will never go back. Worse pedicure I ever got. Inexperienced tech and polish clumpy. The girl was nice but she went through the scrub and steps as she was demonstrating , like just applied scrub on and then rinsed it off. Used the file but barely felt doing anything. Did not take off barely any cuticles. I called the salon and spoke with front desk lady,, she said “ok will let them know” .she did not sound surprised or apologize for this matter. I also emailed the salon because I wanted them to know but got no response back. Never again!

I just got home and realized my whole nail isn’t even painted!! The girl was very nice and I know she tried to deliver a pleasant experience, but it didn’t happen. For 45 bucks I thought this would be amazing. No real massage, no removal of dead skin, just a very light massage, barley noticeable. You get this as the teenage girls gossip behind the counter. Usually I feel so relaxed after getting my nails done, this was just a super waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.

Went for a haircut today Jennie cut my hair. I love it and I am very hard to please. I am absolutely so happy. I have the best haircut I’ve had in years thank you Jennie not only for the best haircut, but you are the sweetest girl happening very very, very happy customer.
