These ladies are fantastic. I see Shelly for both hair and nails. She loves to do bright hair colors. She also does all sorts of really fun things for my nails. Whatever weird idea I have, she can make happen!

I rarely write reviews, but Sherri absolutely deserves one. I had never been to a salon to have my hair done before, and I was incredibly nervous. I wasn’t sure if the stylist would understand what I wanted, be patient with my inexperience, or be able to bring my vision to life. Thankfully, I was paired with Sherri—and I couldn’t have been luckier. She perfectly recreated the look from the photos I showed her, down to the smallest detail. Sherri was warm, welcoming, and genuinely funny, which made the entire experience unforgettable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Kristin in particular is what makes Pin Ups my new go to place! She gave a great cut and made recommendations, she also let me know about some styling tips for my hair and even showed what product would work great and how to use it! Ok so I am kinda new to Oakdale and was in desperate need for a haircut and everywhere I called they were busy. I finally called Pin Ups Salon and spoke to Sheri and I am so glad I got her because she saved my hair. My hair was 50 shades of length with a ton of hair and I decided to go short for it to be healthier and she made it so cute and I appreciated it because she wanted it to be stylish and didn’t want to cut off too much for it to be choppy. I have been going to her ever since going on 2 yrs now and my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been and she does my blonde so fabulous. I will never go anywhere else. The Owner did an outstanding hair cut/trim on my hair!! she was able to cut it ,in the manner I asked and gave my hair a healthier look and the ends are thicker and actually feels like I have more hair, as she knows how to trim the various layers and ends that brought back a healthy thicker look that know one has ever been able to do!! I saw a client come in that she had highlighted I assume with foil in the past , and was coming in for a touch up and I was also really impressed with her highlighting color which was perfect for this individual!!! I highly recommend Pin Ups Salon in Oakdale, CA and where I reside which is super great !!! also great and worth the travel if you are in an area that you consider not too inconvenient, as you will definitely get your money’s worth!!
