Pin Straight Kiosk

I have reached out to customer service for a refund, all items are in original packaging. I tried to go to the store front in Newark DE at the Christiana mall the next day but they said I need to contact customer service but you are not responding. You are falsely advertising that you are accredited by the BBB and i took a picture at your kiosk to prove it, I have found that to be false and will contact the FTC. I found out after my purchase that there were no refunds but for sanitation reasons but I have not opened or used any of the items and your employee Mya was the only one touching them so there is no reason you shouldn't refund.
