I have been coming to this salon for years. They are so welcoming. I put my trust in their services and Jorge’s hand are magic. I always leave Pilatos feeling like a million dollars and never disappointed. Customer service is top notch. It’s worth every penny and I wouldn’t trade them for anything.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Jorge for the past 15 years, and I can confidently say he is an absolute magician! Every time I leave his chair, I feel like a princess. His attention to detail, skill, and creativity are unmatched, and I constantly receive compliments on my haircuts. He understands exactly what works for my hair type and personal style, and he never fails to exceed my expectations. What can I say about his place? Let’s start by saying Jorge has been doing my hair, color and makeup since I was 16 and I am turning 45 in 2025. He’s the only person I trust with my hair. Color, cut and makeup are all services he’s provided for me and never disappoints. My curls react well to every cut Jorge gives me and they grow out beautifully . The amount of compliments I get are unbelievable . The vibe at the salon is super chill and professional and I plan to keep coming for as long as I can.

Went here because I wanted to change to a color that would grow out more naturally with my grays. Thought I was getting a nice brown with some highlights to help blend. I ended up with straw-dry, blond hair, not even close to what I wanted, and really ugly with my skintone. I don't even want to look in the mirror. A few hundred bucks down the drain. Going to try to fix it with temporary dye and a short cut until it grows out.

I came here for the first time about 9 years ago in 2016 ish, never went to another place after that. Been coming here ever since for a reason: perfection and attention to detail. Jorge is highly skilled and recommended.
