Pigtails & Crewcuts: Haircuts for Kids - Roswell, GA

Absolutely terrible experience. We arrived just a few minutes late for my son’s haircut which, with little kids, can happen despite your best efforts, and they flat out refused to see us. No flexibility, no understanding, just told us we’d have to reschedule. To make matters worse, they said the next available appointment was far too far out. So we were turned away for being a few minutes late and then told we couldn’t get back in anytime soon. Completely unacceptable for a business that caters specifically to young children. They mentioned they were short staffed, but that is not the customer’s fault. If you run a kids haircut place you should understand that timing with little ones is not always perfect. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit. We brought in our two-year-old son for his very first haircut, as a walk-in. This was a very special moment for our family, and unfortunately, it was handled in a way that left us extremely upset. Before the haircut began, I clearly explained to the stylist that I did not want his bangs cut short or straight across his forehead. She assured me she understood and promised she would follow my instructions. However, not long into the cut, a second stylist stepped in to “clean up” what the first had done. The end result was the exact opposite of what I asked for—his bangs were cut short and unevenly straight across. We had the best hairdresser for our son's first haircut. She knew how to get him comfortable, entertain and have fun. We got to sit back and watch while we captured the memories.

Nicholas at the Roswell location is amazing! He was so understanding and did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. My son has autism so it was a bit of a challenge but Nicholas was amazing! Thank you for everything. We will be back soon!

we brought my son in to get his second haircut and Nicholas blew us away! he added layers to my sons hair so it fell just right - he looks like a ralph lauren model! we’re so thrilled, can’t wait to come back!
