From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Margarita at the front reception, whose exceptional bubbly personality made me feel both important and welcomed. Margarita took the time to ask about the services I needed—manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow cleanup—and offered fantastic recommendations on colors and styles that suited my preferences perfectly. Her expertise and enthusiasm made the process enjoyable right from the start. The nail technician who worked on my nails was attentive and skilled, ensuring that everything was done just as I requested. Always receive great customer service. Staff is friendly and professional. Work is always great. Whenever I have inspo photos they execute them and give color recommendations. Worth the price and sanitary. I have been coming to this location every 2-4 weeks for 10 years and my nails and toes have always looked healthy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and was very educational when helping me pick out my base color for the french tip. I would give this a 5 star, but I was a little confused on the pricing. I called beforehand and was told that an acrylic short set was $47+. I went in to repair one nail and get a fill in with french tips and ended up paying $92 for the service. I will be giving them another try as they all seemed to be wonderful people, but I am very confused on how we managed to go up by $50 for just a fix, fill in, and very basic (if even considered one) design. I really hope to use them again and gain a little more clarity in the pricing process here. A big shout out to Tony!!! I had the pleasure of sitting with him for both of daughters different occasions! SWEET 16! and Daddy Daughter Dance!.... Tony understood the assignment each time... He ensured that the design and length were age appropriate and tasteful! We will be returning for our fill-in and maintenence! Thank you again Tony and the rest of the staff as well!

I had a truly disappointing experience at Piedmont Nails and Spa. I asked for a round almond-shaped muted French manicure and somehow left with short, square, thick nude nails—nothing close to what I wanted. I repeatedly asked Mai to make the gel thinner and more natural, but that didn't happen. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that my middle fingernail was crooked after she placed the tip, she blamed my finger, saying it was crooked. No ma’am—that was all you. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I also left with a gash on my middle finger. At the end of the appointment, the only concession I was offered was a rewards card—as if I’d ever come back after this! $116 later, I’m left with a manicure I hate and a painful cut as a souvenir.
