I came in to get tattoo laser removal for tattooed eyebrows. It was my first time and honestly I was scared. My technician was Thea. Firstly, the waiting area is beautiful and very cozy. They offer coffee, tea and water with all the accoutrements. Candy, reading material, etc. The receptionist was lovely. She was friendly, very kind, helpful and informative. Thea came out to introduce herself and brought me to a room to begin the consultation and services. Honestly 10/10 isn't a high enough score to give her in my opinion. I absolutely adored her. She made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was informed. She's honestly everything you'd want in a tech.
