Highly recommend Phrost! I left feeling so much better and very relaxed. I did the salt cave and sauna. The facilities are clean which is an important aspect for any place I do self-care at. Thank you to Abby too! Abby provided a mini tour of the place and was very courteous to my friend and me. Great customer service! 👍🏼

I came specifically to get the wrap. At the desk the receptionist informed me of the mechanisms of the treatment to get desired results. She said the wrap would get to 130 degrees and I will sweat. Alot. And that is the way you get rid of inches or water weight. I was really hesitant to do it because I was kind of afraid of the level of heat involved. She emphasized that yes, it would be extremely hot, like a Sauna, and like a Sauna, I would sweat a great deal. I was game because this was the treatment I traveled an hour for. But. 45 minutes and I didn't feel extremely hot, just warm. And when I got out and pulled off the plastic suit they give you to accelerate the sweating, I was bone dry. I did not sweat One Bit. Not even my feet or my crevices. They asked me questions like if I did bot

I got a spray tan and it was so amazing. It went on so even. I am very pale and I got medium tan and it’s the perfect summer glow. The owners are amazing and nice and the front desk person is the sweetest!

I had an overall amazing experiences at Phrost. I went for cryotherapy and tanning. Their amenities are top notch and the place is very clean. Their helpful staff made it easy for me to enjoy my experience to the fullest. Easily the BEST place in Brooklyn to fulfill all of your body care needs.

Loved it!! Already planning how to build this into my regular wellness regiment. Really impressed with how clean and professional they are. I did a lot of research before going ahead with this. It was important to me that the machine be one that is full body (vs just up to the neck). I incorporated a visit to the salt cave, which was very relaxing. You can feel the salty elements/air on your lips so definitely not a gimmick.
