Phoenix Nails & Spa Austell

Wow! Phoenix Nails and Spa truly exceeded my expectations! I don’t often get my nails done, mainly because of the unpleasant smells at most salons and my past mixed experiences. But this place is different! I’ve found my new go-to nail salon and plan to visit more often. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the salon was spotless—including the bathrooms. Sarah, who did my mani-pedi, was fantastic! She took her time, gave incredible massages, and never rushed. When I accidentally hit my toenail on the way out, she immediately fixed it without any attitude. I’m so excited to have a beautiful, welcoming salon on this side of town that genuinely cares about its clients and puts customer service first!

Cindy, the new tech, was absolutely amazing. She helped me choose the perfect color and shaped my nails beautifully. I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my pedicure experience was very different. The technician was friendly and gentle at first, but despite us clearly and repeatedly explaining that I wanted a French cat eye on my toenails, he proceeded to apply cat eye polish over the entire nail. He also applied the acrylic on my two big toes extremely thick and filed them noticeably slanted. When I brought this to his attention, he acted as if he didn’t see the issue. I am very happy to have explored Phoenix Nail ans Spa. I wanted to get a pedicure prior to an upcoming trip and saw that this new salon/spa had opened. They were able to take me in as a walk in. My attendant Kathy was very attentive. I decided on a deluxe pedicure. The presentation of the materials was beautiful and attention to cleanliness amazing. I was asked if I wanted a beverage, which was a nice perk. The spa uses individual covers in the soak tubs, so you know that the water and area is sanitized. The scrubs and lotions come displayed on a bamboo tray, they even incorporate lemons and oranges as natural integration products. Kathy took her time but was very efficient. I had such a great experience at Phoenix Nail Salon on East West Connector! Andy did my collagen pedicure and it was amazing, super relaxing, detailed, and my feet feel brand new. Min did my fill-in and he was just as fantastic. Both took their time, listened to what I wanted, and delivered perfection. Highly recommend this salon and these two in particular. I’ll definitely be back!

Finally excited this location is now open! I've been to their Roswell location which is a 45 min drive for me. They are only 3 days of being open so it was no wait to be seen at all. They offer you a beverage. I chose white wine. Picture doesn't do justice. It was not a shot class size, regular small cocktail cup. They have a billion colors and types to choose from. I decided to try cateye which is something new to me. Tommy was my nail tech and is a master! Definitely the best manicure I've had in awhile. He took his time and was precise which equals excellent results. My nails looks like Cinderella glass slippers and I couldn't be happier!
