Absolutely amazing experience. It’s from the second. You walk into the door until you leave, everyone is so nice and helpful. I love how clean Everything is! And I appreciate that the people that do not have a client, they’re walking around and cleaning and organizing or working on designs – not just sitting and playing on their phones like I’ve experienced to other salons. Definitely one of the best that I’ve had in the area. And I will be back soon. Thank you.

Phoenix Nail Salon is truly a gem. The entire place is spotless, relaxing, and so well‑kept that you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. But the real magic comes from Nikki and Erin. Their work is flawless every single time—precise, creative, and done with so much pride and care. They’re not just talented; they’re genuinely kind, attentive, and make you feel like you’re their favorite client. First timer! It’s been 6 years since I’ve had my nails done. I came to this salon after reading lots of position reviews. I ended up with Sammy who was absolutely delightful. She worked super quick and made a great suggestion for nail art. I felt a little bad that I was there past closing time, but the staff was SO KIND! They even sent me home with free product. Thank you so much for making this mom feel pretty! I will be back to see Sammy again soon! 💙

I love this place. It’s been my go to nail salon since they opened! My nails always stay on longer than if I were to go to another salon, and the nail design techs are always SO GOOD.
