I was a walkin as I just happened to be in the area. It was mid-day on a random Tuesday & I was able to get a chair immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't get my nail tech's name but I hope to get him again because he did a great job. I asked for a gel pedicure - black polish with silver glitter at the base of my big toe & he definitely delivered. Upon check out he gave me a free cuticle oil for the holidays.

Walk in service for a fill and two nail repairs. I received service immediately upon my arrival- no wait time necessary. Tom provided excellent service! He informed me of his upcoming appointment and completed my nails efficiently. He was able to include the Valentine’s heart design on my nails, that I requested. Phoenix Nails has become my go to salon. Every Nail Tech I’ve experienced service with has done a great job on my nails and for my pedicures too! I also enjoy their customer loyalty points system- I received $10 off my previous service which was a pleasant surprise.

I love coming to see Tracy at Phoenix Nail Salon! I can always expect high quality services when I come in. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I always leave feeling so beautiful and confident! I will definitely keep coming back.

Smell of cleaning products upon entry was a plus for me. You are greeted upon entering and there was little to no wait time. I was able to go to a technician who understood the assignment! I prefer the dip powder service. Very affordable pricing. I will be returning. You too will be well pleased.

Tom does so good on my nails. When I get my nails done I only go to him. He does great with the application, nail shape and also assisting in nail color selection, if needed. I highly recommend!
