Phoenix Face Maxillofacial Surgery

Fantastic work on my 10-year-old. We had a complicated case and everything went smoothly from office staff to hospital and Dr. Lam—the entire team was so supportive, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a team. As a bonus, Dr. Lam worked well with communication between the dentist and the orthodontist and hospital staff. It was such a blessing to find Phoenix Face!

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out here while having braces. The whole team is amazing. 0 complaints. Dr. Lam’s work is top tier. Healing went better than I would have thought. Everyone is so kind here. Tony, Meghan, Janee, Alma. I know there are a few more. But trust me they are all great. Thank you guys!

Dr. Lam and his team are so caring and helpful. They made everything from insurance, to scheduling, to the procedure so painless and easy. We drove from Prescott for my 13 year olds appointments and procedure and it was so worth it. This kid is terrified of dental procedures but Dr. Lam and his team made him feel comfortable and confident. Thank you Dr. Lam, Alma, Tony, and Meghan for everything!

Finding an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance was challenging, but once I connected with Dr. Lam’s office, everything became easy. Alma was fantastic with scheduling and communication, Meghan walked me through all of the billing details clearly, and Dr. Lam along with the entire medical team were professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout the process. While the biopsy itself isn’t something I’d want to go through again, the team did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. I’m very grateful for the level of care and support I received and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.
