Phoenix Brow Threading

Ive been here twice. The first time the lady working (whom did them both times) seemed to be in a rush - although there was no one else there. My lashes started to look off on the second day. Both times I left a generous tip and even told my friends about them. I will however not be returning because im not happy. These were supposed to be for my holiday party and now I have to find somewhere to remove and redo. Super upsetting. She did good on my eyebrows. But i wish I would have spoke up during it because I could feel her being rushy. Maybe she was having a bad day but thats not cool to treat a customer or how ur service outcome ends because she wants to go home or whatever the reason may have been.

I came in for eyebrow threading. I have a very low hairline and felt her threading my hairline, baby hairs. I did not ask for that service to be done AT ALL and I dont feel its appropriate to do that to or for a client unless they ask. As we know, threading takes a while for the hair to grow back in. I felt like she was threading my hairline on my first eyebrow but wasnt too sure… when she got to my other eyebrow, she was actually doing my hairline & I stopped her & told her not to do that. It was the older lady. I also went for eyebrow clean up only and my thick brows are now thin. Ive never ran into this issue at this shop but I believe I typically see someone else. I wont be back. I’ve been coming to this place for a year now with my girl and we have liked the people who have worked there in the past because they’re gentle and ask questions before giving us the eye brow clean up. We have been having issues with the owner being rude and very aggressive towards us getting that service. We have gone to other places and it’s not bad at all and this weekend (Saturday) we decided to go back again and give her a second chance and she pulled my girls hair off with the thread and also cut her eye brows thinner than before and I also experienced her pushing my hands away from where I hold it so she can cut the underneath of my eye brows witch she has done in the past. I don’t get it but she seems to have given up with people and it’s just unbelievable how much her service hur

I enjoy coming to this place the lady always does a great job w my eyebrows… BUT the only thing that stops me from not giving it 5 stars is when the lady is done w a client after she just massaged the brows w lotion & touched money, SHE DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS OR EVEN SANITIZES THEM AFTER SHE HELPS THE OTHER CLIENT.

I just went and got my brows done and thought it was about time I left a review!! Ever since i have moved from Michigan to Arizona last year, I have been coming to this place religiously. I don’t have much to work with as far as eyebrows go, but they do such a wonderful job on my brows, and give me as much as an arch as possible without taking too much off! They are so friendly and it is always quick, but if there is a wait, it is worth it. Sangita did my brows today and it was, yet again, such a wonderful experience!! She is so kind and down to earth, and means business. She definitely understood the assignment, and when I told her that I know I don’t have much to work with, but if there’s any way to give me any sort of arch in my brows that I would love it, but also told her no pressure
