Phoebe’s Nail Bar

This place is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. My nails look horrendous. This was a botched 15 minute manicure. I told the nail tech I wanted him to even out the nail when filing and he yelled at me. I couldn’t even try to tell him what I wanted because he kept raising his voice. He is falsely confident in himself he tried tapping my card twice after I repeatedly said MY CARD DOES NOT TAP IT NEEDS TO BE INSERTED. Also, most of the techs barely speak english so you cant actually convey what you want done without them misunderstanding. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. In fact, Swan Salon across the street is probably the best nail salon in the area to try.

Couldn’t get to my normal nail place because The bridge was down figured we’d try a new place This place had good reviews. We did a walk in. They were nice and very fast Immediately set us in the pedicure chairs both of the men that did mine, and my friends’s nails were nice, but didn’t listen I told him I wanted my nails black he started painting them white I had to Correct him didn’t paint my nails all the way Hasn’t even been a week yet and the polishes chipped off I got gel !! Paid extra for my friend to get an Extra massage with hers didn’t happen They’re decent and nice if you’re not expecting too much but over all I’m gonna have to pay somebody to redo my nails less then a week later is crazy

The worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The nail salon was not busy at all, yet the technicians were rushing. I’ve never had a manicure that was done under 15 mins. After my manicure the technician went to the back to sit on a couch and be on his phone. Aside from rushing he did a horrible job, believe it or not the pictures are showing his 2nd attempt at getting a basic French tip done. As a previous review mentioned I asked for almond shape and they were all different shapes I had to ask him to re do everything! He also had an attitude when I asked for another coat, they only do one coat for gel, typically nail salons do 2-3. I’ve only had my nails done for three days and they are already chipping. I do not recommend this place at all!

I made an appointment with Phoebe to get my nails done a week in advance. To start off she was not able to do my nails, someone else had another appointment with her. The persons who did my nails did a horrible job I will add pictures of what I wanted and what I got done. Note: I let my natural nails grow for months to get this done and the results were just horrible 😞. I was so disappointed

Lovely shop. Unsure of all these negative reviews. I’ve been coming here faithfully for a good 9 months. I must say, they do not understand English very well so u do have to be patient. I’ve never had a bad experience tho. My nails always last at least 3.5 weeks before it’s time for a fill. My acrylic toes last more than a month. I’ve never laid more than $150 for both my nails and ALL acrylic on 10 toes. That’s honestly a great price considering I usually get French tip which takes time when it’s hand painted. Side note. I can only speak from my own experience and the nail techs that work on me. ( the two younger ones )
