This review is solely based on a heartless cancellation policy. I am sure they do the same quality work as the next place. And to be fair, we're only talking about a $50 treatment. Not much money, but if I have to pay for something I suppose it might as well be a review. My wife and I found out devastating news regarding a pregnancy 2 hours prior to her appointment. She (my wife) somehow dug up enough strength in that moment to kindly call Phiz to let them know she would not be making the appointment as opposed to a no call, no show, which we find to be uncouth. Needless to say they would not refund any money for the appointment. What is disappointing about this scenario isn't the fifty dollars (I could care less) its the fact that they had a golden opportunity to show compassion to someon

Jessica is an asset for Phiz Spa - be sure to check out her peptide consulting services! She helped me with peptides after a major surgery. I was nervous, but she answered all of my (endless) questions. Her knowledge is exceptional and her confidence was so reassuring. Through peptides, I was able to reduce inflammation and increase healing after a MAJOR surgery that would have otherwise required a much longer recovery.
