I have gotten my hair cut here before by several other stylists, and was happy with the result. This time I scheduled with Liz. I asked for front framing layers, and she quite literally chopped off chunks in the back looking nothing like what I asked for. You know it's bad when she says if I want to get a piece fixed, feel free to come back. A more experienced stylist checked it and blended it in more, yet it still looks terrible. Makes sense because I found out she has been cutting hair for at most 6 months. I did not realize this is becoming a beauty academy. Genuinely would've trusted anyone else not to mess it up this bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I will not be returning.

Kim was my stylist , and I followed her from another salon to this location! She listens to what you are looking for regarding your cut, color, and style! My blow out lasted three days, and I normally wash everyday! Kim is a great stylist and an amazing person! See her for your personalized hair needs ✨

I recently used Phillip Pelusi salon for my wedding, which was 4/29/17. I met with Regina a few months ago to discuss hair and makeup options. I showed her pictures of what I was interested in and she made it come to life! I went for a trial a few weeks before the wedding for my hair and absolutely loved it. The day of the wedding she amazed me even more! The time and attention to detail that she dedicated to me made me feel so special. She did my makeup flawlessly and highlighted the areas I wanted to accentuate the most. She was kind, made me feel comfortable, she was professional and a true artist. I would return to Regina at the Phillip Pelusi Salon in Ross Park Mall in the future for a special occasion!

Not great service… during the hair washing, the stylist didn’t wash near the neck at all and parts of my hair were actually still dry when she finished “washing” it.

This place is fabulous and my stylist is the greatest, her name is Regina, my hair is always fresh, bouncy, clean and fun looking after Regina is done with my hair. You should check them out! She knows how to handle natural hair! And be sure to get the products!
