My daughter and son got a haircut here and the staff is very friendly very nice

My haircut is mostly fine, bangs are a good bit shorter than I requested (under my brow but above my eye), but why don’t they style your hair after cutting it any more? I used to be okay paying WAAAAYYY more for a trim that I could get anywhere for $30 but I loved the salon treatment they provided. The robes so my clothes didn’t get wet, the products they used to try and upsell you, water to drink, and a nice looking hairstyle when you left. I’d have been so embarrassed to let someone leave my salon looking the way I did! If I’d have had anywhere of importance to go after my appointment I’d have been mortified. My hair was a frizzy mess. I told the girl I had wavy hair but she blew it dry straight anyways and then didn’t even bother to run a straightener or curling iron through it. I will

I've been going here for a long time (even though there are long gaps in my appointments it's the only place I go) I've been waiting years to finally get the hairstyle I've dreamed off. It's been a long awaited dream and finally decided to not hair dye for the last 4 years to get it to where I could do the style I've been wanting. Today Tracy made my dream come true and did exactly what I hoped for, took her time, slow and low preserve my hair length. I am so happy with the outcome, it perfectly fits me. I can't thank Tracy enough. I should include it was a lengthy appointment (3 + hours) and required multiple bowls of lightener.

Barbie at the Robinson Mall Philip Pelusi Salon in Pittsburgh did my hair and I am so so happy. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!! My hair is A modern day Farrah Fawcett and it Is difficult to find anyone that can do that amazing layering and haircut. I met a few woman who's hair looked like that so I booked an appointment. She is the absolute bomb. I am so happy and my hair is so beautiful. Thankyou Barbie. I'm so glad I found you!!!!!!!!!!! She deserves 20 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience this weekend. I just recently moved from Los Angeles & was looking for a new stylist. I was in the mall doing some shopping & decided to stop in & check out their pricing & services. Shelby & Victoria at the front desk were so kind & friendly, just great customer service from the moment I walked in. Marcus stepped up to take my appointment immediately & took excellent care of me. I got a relaxing shampoo & conditioning treatment with some yummy smelling Philip Pelusi products. Then Marcus really took time to talk to me & find out what I was looking for. We even talked about the things I didn't like about my current cut. After that he proceeded to give me the most thorough & precise cut I've ever had.
