Philbrick Enterprise/The Pool and Spa Place II

We rented Philbrick Enterprise's 31' Motorhome for a week long road trip to Nova Scotia and Cape Breton Island. We had such a great experience and are so grateful to have stumbled upon this company. The owner, Steve, and his staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and the Motorhome ran great and included everything we needed (and more).

My family and I have rented pop-up trailers from Philbrick Enterprise 3 or 4 times over the last 5 or 6 years and have had incredible experiences. We drive up from PA and pick up the trailer on our way about an hour or so north of their location. Steve and his employees go above and beyond to ensure that we have the best vacation possible. One year the electrical on our SUV didn't match the electrical on the trailer; we had a flat 4 and we needed a round 6. They went out of their way to help us find a converter in town and, since it was late, came in early the next day to make sure we got all set up okay. I've been purchasing my pool supplies here for many years. I really like that I can take a water sample in for analysis and they tell me just what I need to do (step by step) to get my pool water balanced. It takes the guesswork out of it and makes it simple. If they don't have something you need, they can get it for you. They are knowledgeable and very friendly too!!

I have been purchasing pool supplies from THE POOL and SPA PLACE I & II for the last 14 years. A family run business that treats all customers as friends and are always ready to help. They epitomize "customer service" at its best. The products they sell are excellent. Questions about your pool, they have the answers. I highly recommend purchasing any pool or camper supplies you need from them.

We met Steve at the camping and RV show in Auburn, we looked at several campers but kept coming back to this one. We made the decision to buy and both Steve and Brenda made it a wonderful experience. We went to pick up our coach and Steve walked us through the whole thing. He made sure we knew about all our features and how to use everything. It was truly a pleasant experience and even though they are over an hour away from us I can say we will continue to do our camping accessories business with them. Definitely a 5 star experience.
