Owner charged $60 to JUST wash blowdry & trim a natural client, no straightening. No curls. No style, then wanted $25 EXTRA for a Tues appointment which was considered not a usual work day( personalized service with you being the only client in the salon) arrives to her styling another client and after waiting but still charging the extra fee of $25 when she was clearly already open! Allowed her daughter with a horrible attitude to speak to us in a very disrespectful manner when asked why we were being charged another "extra fee" for shimmering lights SHAMPOO for clients with gray hair, that's should be included in the service, its SHAMPOO, so all together she wanted $90 TO JUST WASH BLOWDRY AND TRIM WITH NO STYLE NO CURLS ON A DAY THATS CONSIDERED A CLOSED SALON DAY ( EXTRA EFFORT) WHEN

I been very good customer of Sharon for many years. 25 years to be exact. I am very disappointed with her disposition, her utter greed for money and lack of respect for high paying customers. For example I always come on time for my appointments but I have waited up to four hours for service of a scheduled appointment. She put her friends walking and even her church friend ahead of me on many occasions. When I protest these actions discreetly I am punished by her with a less than complementary and long lasting hairdo. I am also hounded for tips to pay her shampoo persons though they are hired by her and paid based mainly on tips.
