Phidella Nails Spa

I came in for the first time, as a walk in and was quickly seated. I got gels (for the first time) and love them! My technician took time to make sure she understood my art/color ideas. I also got waxed (for the first time) by Phidella and it was so easy. Both ladies did a great job, I’ll be back!

We had a group of 9 that wanted pedicures. I called to make an appointment and easily got an appointment for 6 people. Then I found out we actually needed 3 more appointments. I got a text day of to confirm and they were more than willing to add on 3 more pedicures! We had a great experience!

Our experience was great! I came with my son, my friend and his daughter. We were able to convince my friend to get a pedi and get his toes painted and it was great. The staff was amazing, and took their time on the pedicures. Typically when I go to other salons with teens they rush through and don’t treat them like other appointments, and that is not the case here. They spent 1 hour each on all 3 of them. Also Ben did my acrylic nails. I can be embarrassed going in the salon bc I have an OCD trait of picking the skin around my nails really bad, and fake nails stop me from the compulsion. Ben was so kind about it and took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted with no judgement. I will definitely be making this my regular spot. Ignore any negative reviews by others bc this is the best

Oel is great!! She gets the shape I like perfectly & my nails withstand how rough I am on them so well.

Kind of disappointed. I got a regular manicure and didn’t get much of a hand massage - one of the things I look most forward to, nor a hot towel treatment. I went in with two others who got different manis, and we were all disappointed in the service and quality. I’ve been there 2-3 times in the past 6 mos. Have they changed their service? Too bad. I won’t be back.
