I went to see Carissa for a butterfly cut and had such a great experience. When I arrived, I told her I actually wanted to go a little shorter than I originally planned since summer is coming up and long hair can get hot. She took the time to walk me through how she could still keep my length while cutting my hair in a way that removed some of the thickness, and she truly worked her magic! It’s hard enough finding someone you trust with your hair, but with Carissa it felt effortless. The salon is beautiful, she uses all organic products, and she even put together a small care package of organic hair products for me to take home. I recently moved from the UK and had been searching for someone I could trust with maintaining my red hair. After months of looking, I was so grateful to book a consultation with Carissa and I instantly knew she was the one! I even made the drive from Gainesville and it was absolutely worth it for the amazing results. Carissa’s expertise and vision for my colour gave me so much confidence, not to mention I have been getting a lot of compliments on my red hair! Cindy was amazing today-thorough, kind, and explained the diffusing process well. I spoke with Carissa the owner when scheduling & thankfully they had a cancellation to get me in same day! I also got my eyebrows waxed by Laci, and she was very kind. Loved this experience - very laid back and welcoming.

I discovered PHI while doing a Google search for a salon that used better quality products. I’ve been four times and see the owner Carissa. The atmosphere is VERY relaxing and so many unique things to look at. The products they use are amazing and my hair feels much healthier. I but the products suggested to use at home. The service is well worth the price and let’s be honest everything has gone up and 100.00 is not what it used to be. I believe you get what you pay for and I’m worth it 😉 we all are! I suggest trying something new. Sometimes change is good for us! You may realize you discover a better version of yourself after walking out.

Went to Phi Eco last night for a long-overdue haircut and I had a fantastic, spa quality experience. This was my second visit to the salon for hair services and both times were peaceful and relaxing. Their salon is clean and spacious, and I love their shampoo area that’s dimly lit and has a galaxy motif painted on the ceiling tiles. The owner Carissa took the time to diagnose my underlying challenges and get a good idea of what I needed before starting the cut. I went in with damaged, almost thigh-length hair and she helped me salvage some of the length I thought I needed to chop. I left with an amazing blunt cut with face framing and couldn’t be happier. Now I’m trying to figure out how soon I can go back :) Thanks!!!
