Pheromoual business

Ordered January 4 it’s March 10 never got order got an email several times from Jessica Wilkerson stating that she was gonna give me a refund within 3 to 5 business days that was over three weeks ago. I still have not received anything nor my products and when I look up the address on the website it shows this single-family home for sale on zillow.com so if something’s not right here.

Total scam!!!! They take your money and then try to continuously charge you for a VIP Subscription. I received and answer through email about a refund but never received it and then they charged again for another month. Never received a product and they try to blame it on a high volume of orders. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would this is a fraud and a scam business Pheromonal is not real and they take people's money and never ship them the product they order and then continue to try to charge their credit card or debit card for a made up VIP subscription but you never receive any products horrible horrible business I reported it to the BBB and posted on all social media platforms as I'm doing on here as well
