Phenomenal Hands Massage

Let me first start off by saying Ms. Regina have the right name for her company because my massage was PHENOMENAL!!! I agree 1000% with all the positive reviews. From the time I walked into her spa area a sense of peace came over me. Ms. Regina was very welcoming and asked permission to touch my face and head, which was a bonus to me and never gotten that at any of the high end spa places I’ve gone to unless I paid extra for that service. Her detail to explaining the importance of breathing in and out during the service helped me relax even more. I won’t name names, but trust me when I say I have been to several different high end spas and they were all great, but listen📣 Ms. Regina is by far the best that I have ever had and I have already scheduled my next service. After going to physical therapy for a while, I decided to try a massage to target my pain/inflammation in my neck, lower back, left hip, knees, and feet...OK, just say my entire body. I'm so glad I found Regina, and everything Melissa Monët said in her review is true!! I've been to other massage companies and I felt like I was part of an assembly line and they only did enough to get by. That wasn't the case with Regina. I booked a very last minute massage with Regina and I have to say I was more than pleased that I did! After deciding to do a Saturday of nothing but pampering myself, I called Phenomenal Hands Massage and spoke with Regina who was more than willing to squeeze me into her already busy schedule. Needles to say, she got me in within 30 minutes. Upon arrival Regina greeted me with a smile and directed me into her suite. From the lighted ambiance to the subtle spa music I was already feeling a bit more relaxed. This joint is run out of a dingy basement. I suspect it to be unregistered.The lady who runs this lacks common welcoming attitude and is very bad at customer service. The place stinks,the massage table and the head rest made out of sponge& cloth smells like the body odor of previous customers. It is clearly evident that it was not washed in weeks. Very Very unhygienic. The massage experience itself was mediocre. Don’t waste your money people. There are a lot more welcoming, hygiene and legit businesses out there. Never come to this place.

This massage experience was restorative and healing! I booked with Regina two days after a less than satisfactory experience at one of those franchise places. She addressed my concerns and I can't wait to go back. 🤎🤎🤎🤎
