I've never been so mistreated like this on a stylist chair before, even though I've had terrible haircuts and color in the past but the way Mercedes pulled my hair with anger and saying very hurtful words was uncalled for. She even demanded really high tips after doing my hair like she deserves it and bragged about wishing to do celebrity hair to make more money and only tried to put me down but that did not work, I am better than that and know who I'm. I could have easily called the cops on her but I'm nice enough to only leave a review to warn others.
