Avoid Beauty by the Beast. Started my friends appointment a full hour late with no notice - we were there waiting and she couldn’t bother to pop her head out (the room is glass btw so she can see us) to tell us it’ll be a wait. Then she proceeds to take ANOTHER client WHILE taking my friend like she wasn’t already late. I’m writing this over two hours after the appointment was supposed to start and I’ll STILL waiting. Shame on her, so unprofessional

BEWARE! Suite 202/203 do not rent !!!! I signed a lease for a suite in February and was informed of a small leak that occurred during rainstorms. I was assured that it was being fixed and that a small towel was all that was needed to manage it. However, upon moving in, other tenants informed me that the issue had been ongoing for over a year. When I tried to clarify the situation with the property managers, David and Shannon, I received alot of resistance, they told me I can go into another suite but there was nothing they can do, this is after I loved all my things in painted and decorated. Mind you this is a safety issue a maintenance issue and they are telling me it’s out of there control. Eventually, my suite was flooded and despite months passing, now end of June the problem was never
