Phenix Salon Suites

I have been renting at Phenix Salon Suites in Fruitville Commons for over two years. It is a very nice atmosphere . Friendly people . My clients like the quiet private atmosphere. I would recommend it for any stylists wanting to be free of a busy salon atmosphere. I especially like having an onsite free laundry.

Robert & Julie have been wonderful to work with. Robert specifically supports his tenants with anything they need & promptly too! the building is self is brand new, in a growing location, & always well maintained. Robert has continually supported my partner & i’s business goals & is super understanding - truly one of the best in the business! Highly recommend renting from here!

Brand new building! Great up and coming location right off the interstate. Robert the owner and manager is quick to reply and take care of any concerns. Phenix Salon Suites is an ideal business, for both clients and business owners! The building is always well kept and maintained, and features beautiful and modern decor/appliances in the perfect location! The rooms are very spacious, with built in sinks and cabinets, and plenty of seating throughout the building for clients while waiting for their appointment. As well as an updated salon directory at the front, making it easy to navigate to your appointment. Another thing that makes Phenix stand out to me, is their attention to safety. Robert, the owner, has HD surveillance installed throughout the building and stresses the importance of safety- not only for tenants, but for clients as well. Robert is very easy to work with - very accommodating. He is often on premise to answer any questions & help if needed. communication is also great. We love our double suite, the lighting is amazing & the size is great for two stylists to work comfortably . We love the fruitville commons location as well!
