Review for summer lieu I am honestly not sure how I went in with hair passed my waist and came out with hair this short (only asked her to cut 4" off) , I also showed a picture for inspiration for the color and walked out with almost black hair with orange highlights running through it for $315. I suffer from extreme PPD and I was doing this for myself so that I could start to feel better and motivated.. I haven't left my house in 2 weeks because this spiraled me into depression.. it looks awful and I didn't have the heart to tell her that because she did seem nice I also have a condition where my hair grows so slow, it'll take me another 4.5Y to grow it back out to the length it was before...I asked other people if they could fix it and all of them said no because summer used permanent

Phenix Salon in Poway has a hair stylist by the name of Summer Liu. She is fantastic. This is a deluxe environment. She is very skilled & you can have complete confidence in her abilities l. She is terrific with cuts, colors, highlights, and styles. I highly recommend you see her for your styling needs. Be sure to make an appointment as this is not the type of salon that you just walk in for a haircut. Summer will style your hair & you will leave a happy customer.

Kerianne at M.F.P. Studio is amazing!! I have been to quite a few hair dressers trying to get the light blonde I was hoping for, and Kerianne delivered!! It's EXACTLY what I wanted and my hair still feels healthy somehow. She really listens to what you want and is extremely personable. The whole experience was wonderful. She is my new hair dresser!!!

I work with Kirsty. She is fantastic with hair cuts, colors, and treatments. She does nails too but I've never had that service. Great personality as well. Visits with her are therapy.

I've never been to a salon setup like this until my hairdresser (Kirsty Shelley) moved here. I really like the cozy and relaxed vibe of the one-on-one suite as opposed to a busy large salon. I can't speak to anyone else here, but Kirsty is the best.
