Phenix Salon Suites

I was a client of Amanda Simon for about one year. Sadly, she lacks the ability to communicate properly with her clients. She has no professional service menu with prices. She can be unreliable when it comes to appointments and can cancel on you last minute when you least expect it, even after confirmation. Her coloring services are inconsistent. I can say most of the time my hair cut and keratin treatments came out great, but several times the color saturation was poor. I could still see my grays (and my roots were lighter than my ends) and within two weeks it was like I had nothing done at all. When I honestly spoke up about it, I was invalidated, and kicked out of her practice. Her artist temperament couldn’t handle being critiqued? There’s no talking to her, or explaining how you fee

Nice salon but they need better hair staff. Don’t like justines attitude and mentality. Extremely unprofessional go somewhere else so many better salons in the area
