Suite 107 Favour Salon LLC my 1st time visit will be a continuous visit. She was nice and friendly before I set my appointment. I called the # on google I reached the voicemail but moments later she called me back to set an appointment with me from a last minute cancellation she had with a client. I came here looking a mess and left looking like a new person. She cut, style and told me ways to manage my hair. She is the best i have met since I moved to NC. Book her because you won’t be disappointed 🥰

AVOID NC Laser Skin & Wellness at all costs! Merchant was over 15+ minutes late with no notification, I had to leave to go to my job on time after waiting for her. I check out the reviews and it turns out there are 4+ years of evidence where the merchant is considerably late, doesn't show up at all, and/or doesn't communicate at all prior during or after customer appointment times. She proceeded to send me a nasty text message reprimanding me for leaving and still attempted to charge my card despite her causing the issue that led to me not being able to get the service I drove there ON TIME for. Shame on this merchant!

Suite 126 inside of PHENIX SALON in Cary, NC, there is a Jane Banks or @Queenjstyles on social media. If I could give her completely NO STARS, I would. She's a TERRIBLE person. I'm a recent Air Force Vet, wife, and mom of three small children and wanted to treat myself to some pampering and start my locs over. I set an appointment through StyleSeat for a set time that was confirmed by Ms. Banks. I messaged on the day of the appointment and let her know that if she had any cancellations, I didn't mind coming earlier. At nearly 2 hours before my appointment, she texts back saying she's sorry for the inconvenience, but all of her clients for the day were behind, and I could come later IF I still wanted my hair done. She THEN says she will gratefully cancel my appointment as it will help set

Very disappointed, my girlfriend called and the first thing they asked was "Are you black?" My is white, and she said, "No" and then they said. I'm sorry we only take care black people in this salon. It was very sad, and it makes no sense for me. My girlfriend got so sad because she didn't think that still in 2023 you can still see racist people

I’ve been coming here for years since I love my stylist. However, the hallways and bathroom are looking dingy and horribly rundown - desperately needs a new coat of paint with repairs!
