I’m a hairdresser. I moved in November 2023. I had been at another salon suite company for almost 19 years. My clients trust me and that means a lot to me. I was so excited to learn about Phenix Salon Suites and even more excited to learn that the founder is a hairdresser! Management is great. Alec, the manager does an awesome job. He listens and is always willing to help with a smile. Everyone smiles here because they’re happy! My clients love coming here & they love the vibe of Phenix Salon Suites. I recently visited this establishment for a service, excited to indulge in some self-care. However, my experience was marred by an overwhelming stench that greeted me in the hallways. As I entered, I was met with a horrid smell that instantly put me off. Upon speaking to my beauty professional about the odor, she informed me that someone else in the establishment had burned sage and incense, resulting in the lingering unpleasant smell. It was evident that this was a recurring issue that affected not only customers but also the professionals working there. While the service itself was satisfactory, the pervasive odor significantly detracted from the overall experience.
