The assistant tried to fight me and called me everything but a child of God and I never even engaged with her all I said was I was not talking to her because they attempted to try and gang up on me she went off “well im talking to you” From the door Veronica acted as if she didn’t want to do the service because it was 2:30 (my appt time I booked)she kept saying she had to get her son somewhere… that’s not my problem… so why accept the appointment then catch an attitude with me. The store only had 2,4,6 which there were 2 options she said she couldn’t do the style which is bs because she could’ve razored the hair shorter… but she didn’t want to.
