Phenix Salon Suites

I just moved to the area and wanted to find a “professional” stylist. I scheduled a same day appointment with Ashley V, so idk if it messed up the stylists schedule or what— but she could have communicated that beforehand and should have not went forward with allowing me to book. I literally texted her before making the appointment and she confirmed that I could come the same day. My appointment was for 7:45p and she pushed it back until 8:15p and I arrived on time, even with the time being pushed backed. Once I arrive, she stated it would be another 30 minutes and said she didn’t realize I booked for this time/day.

If I could leave 0 stars I would 😄. I had an appointment at 12:45 with Ashley V. I did not get a notification that it was canceled until the day of at 12:27. I have tried to reach out to the stylist and have not heard anything back. This is extremely unprofessional. If they charge a penalty for last minute cancellation, they should also be mindful of their own last minute cancellations!

The bathrooms in Pheonix Salon Suites building never have any soap in them which is unsanitary. This has been going on for over 6 months.

I come here often to get my hair done. My hairdresser never disappoints. My hair always looks so beautiful.
