I just recently left Phenix Salon Suites, I was there for almost two years. My 1st year there started out great didn’t have any issues. With me being a tattoo artist I felt comfortable working there starting out. Once the spring of April 2023 came around I is when I started to notice their was a mold issue. I had Mold growing in my suite also was having bad leaks. I mentioned the issue to the manger Felicia and she mentioned the mold would be taken care of. At the time I thought they really had someone come out and probably remove it. Fast forward to 2024 I started to have mold grew in my suite yet again, I went and mentioned it to Felicia who lied to me the previous year about them probably removing the mold. Horrible service. Very few suites owners are happy. High turn around rate
