Owner Melissa Dillon is a wizard in the this industry! I have never left unhappy or without feeling like a million bucks! You, my friend, are a Rockstar! ❤️ Just wanted to update my review ... Kayla is a new edition to this location. She is well rounded in services offered, and is a great nail technician! I am extremely picky about nail services and yet, I was amazed at the precision of her skill level! Definitely my new nail girlie! Also, if you are needing a relaxing facial, glow facial, lash lift & tint, and an awesome wax service, you only need to ask for Jade! Perfectly positive vibes ooze from her to create a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. This new edition to the spa is definitely a big PLUS to the salon/spa atmosphere. Extremely in tune to her clients stress and challenge

Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! My haircut was fantastic and the pedicure was soooo great! While there I learned there's a beautiful, relaxing spa in the back for facials and massages so I'll be coming back for a spa day soon!

First, I want to thank the nail tech for valuing my time and accommodating me, as I was a walk-in. That being said, my nails were done sloppily. I contacted the salon to check for immediate availability – I wanted gel nail extensions. I was upfront about the fact that I had to leave for another engagement in about 1 hour and 45 minutes and wanted to ensure that it was adequate time for the tech to complete the service. The company website states that gel nail extensions would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The tech also assured me that it would take about 90 minutes. The nail tech started my nails immediately and finished them in about 90 minutes, as promised. While it was done in the allotted time, as stated, the nails were sloppy. I had gel gluing my nails to my skin and gel polish

I have had a long relationship with one of the owners, Melissa. She has done my hair for years and always gets the cut exactly right! We have gone from a short bob to long waist length hair and back again. Melissa helps me keep it healthy and well maintained. Loyal for life.

Usually I love this place. I got off work early today to get my hair cut and arrived on time. The stylist let me know she was running late and I told her I could wait. After half an hour of waiting, I asked how much longer (her current customer was blown out). She said oh, I still have to do him, and gestured to another person. Why on earth didn't she tell me it was gonna be a minimum wait of Over One Hour?!?! On a Friday evening when I'm on time for my appointment? I wasted that time and took time off work. Really hoping they will contact me and make this right, bc I would like to go back if this can be resolved. Thank you.
