I had an awesome experience at Phantom Cutz in Medina. Hands down one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. The attention to detail was on point — clean lines, smooth fade, and exactly what I asked for. But it’s more than just a haircut. The whole vibe is solid. Great conversation, relaxed atmosphere, and you genuinely feel welcomed the second you walk in. They really treat you like royalty, not just another appointment. Got the full service, beard trim and haircut. Anthony clearly cares about his craft and customers and takes pride in what he does. He asked me what I wanted and how things were going, and explained to me what he was doing and why, multiple times throughout the experience.
