Went in for an only a trim and blow out. I was initially hesitant because this isn’t my usual place. Anyways, I have curly hair and went in with it in a bun to make our lives easier… I was serviced by the male that works in the back and I didn’t have quite the experience I thought I would have. My scalp was continuously being burned, something I have never experienced before. As uncomfortable as I looked and as much as I pulled my head away from the pain, he continued without a care in the world. I left with my hair smelling awful. It has been less than a week since this service, I have washed my hair TWICE and cannot get the burnt smell out of my hair, which obviously means my hair cuticle was damaged. My curls are stringy and completely ruined. It has taken me two years to get my hair b
