I have been going to Alexa for years. She is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. She definitely has a gift. She has just taken classes to offer Somatic breathing. I just had a session with Alexa today. I was very unsure of what to expect. But boy was I surprised! In a very good way. I could not have done this session with anyone but her. As you know, she is a very caring, compassionate person. It was a very safe space to open up and get rid of old demons that I've been carrying around. Things I hadn't thought of in years were released. I left there feeling relaxed and like a load had been lifted. I think it also taught me, if stress comes around again, and it will, how to help cope with it. I 100% recommend this session. But only go to the best☺️❤️

I have been going to Alexa for several years now. She always makes me feel so relaxed and destressed, finds all the sore and tender spots I didn't know I had. Highly recommend for massage. I did a session with her for Somatic Breathwork. It's something new for me. It's a special breathing technique to help release tension, anxiety, trauma, overwhelming emotions. If you are carrying a huge weight, this may help you reduce the load. It helped me and Alexa is wonderful at walking you through the breathwork. You will feel lighter when you're done. I recommend you try this at least once.

Usually I get very nervous for this kinda thing and Alexa made me feel nothing but relaxed and comfortable!! With warm surroundings and soft sounds. I had been so uncomfortable for days, and after an hr, I felt like a new man….VERY WELL DONE!!
