I recently saw this owner post a video on YouTube about being sued for non compliant website. GIOD ! I dealt with this guy a few years ago, asking a question about a product I was considering to buy for my son as an X Mas present. His response to my question as I remember it, "it's not rocket science" I was amazed at how unprofessional, insensitive and uncaring his response was, to a total stranger simply inquiring. My response, which included the above wording and additional was, "thanks for showing how Rude you are, don't worry I wouldn't buy your product ever. To add yo my point, other brand owners were more then happy to answer my question(s).
