My experience with Shawn last week when she took care of a lice problem that was pretty severe was really good. I myself didn’t realize how OCD I am which is a good thing because of my line of business. She cleared my family of lice & our re check was very good with her it was lice free. Shawn is a life saver!! We dealt with our first issue with Lice and I freaked out. I called Shawn and left a message, she texted me right away and told me her availabilities. Went there a bit over a year ago as I was concerned about recently being around people with head lice. My head had been itchy and I told her this when I made the appointment. She mixed up a very pleasant concoction, kinda smelled like lavender, and put it on my head. The concoction helped slow down adult lice so she could find them, but none were found, nor any nits. She was fast and discreet and funny--definately someone to put you at ease. She said that most of her business was children, often multiple in a singe family and that she enjoyed working with them. btw, she was correct, there were no lice--after I saw her my anxiety level went down and the "itchy" scalp stopped.
