I had such an unexpectedly meaningful experience here and feel compelled to share. As a first-timer, I completed a 40-minute session that was absolutely amazing and truly revitalizing. Unfortunately, afterward I fainted due to dehydration. The owner, Rami, went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore. He took incredible care of me — calmly making sure I was rehydrating, helping me relax, and ensuring I was safe. What stood out most was his kindness and genuine concern. He didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel embarrassed or unsafe, and treated me with true compassion. I am incredibly grateful for Rami and the level of humanity he showed me. I highly recommend this place not only for the services, but for the heart behind it.

Perspire makes my sauna experience top tier every single time. From the time they greet me by name when I walk in the door, to their inquiry about how I feel before I leave. The facility is always clean and sanitary without feeling cold and unwelcome. The atmosphere immediately puts you at ease and ready for relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff is phenomenal, every single one of them! Absolutely love the Rochester location and look forward to my sessions.

I just finished my 25th sauna session at Perspire Rochester and I can definitely feel a change. My skin feels clearer, my stress level is way down, it helps my muscles recover from my workouts and when I go more consistently, I don’t have hot flashes! The studio is always spotless, and the owners and staff are welcoming and genuine.

Clean & serene. Great environment for a "recharge". Excellent staff. Drinks available for purchase if you forget yours at home. Will keep attending this establishment for my wellness needs. Staff went above & beyond to ensure my appointment was the most comfortable & enjoyable experience.

If you are looking for a place to relax, refresh, and get zen while you sweat this is the place for you. The owner is awesome and the workers are all kind and friendly. I start my weekday mornings here everyday for the past two years. I just feel refreshed and energized when I leave. Try it out! Have them turn on the zen tree station while you unplug.
