Perspire Sauna Studio

Just a pure joy to come to my sauna sessions! This facility is impeccably clean and their staff (especially Jasmine!!) takes care of every detail from a warm, friendly welcome to making sure your sauna suite is at the right temp with the right video/audio options on upon entering! So happy to have them on my health journey!

The staff was extremely accommodating. I accidentally forgot to hit “book it” for their very last appointment tonight and even showed up 2 minutes late. They turned the room back on, cleaned it and stocked it just for me. They still let me have the appointment even though I completely messed up. I love that I can come do this after working all day to unwind. Always feel so good after! Wonderful service, great hours, very hospitable staff! Thank you Perspire sauna team for making my night!

Got charged an extra 50 bucks for my wife to sit in the exact same sauna………. That I already paid for. Policies seem made up by staff, and amenities are really starting to show their wear. Will be finding a new location, or investing in a home sauna. Just not worth the money!!!

Love~love~love this studio! Visiting a sauna is such an important part of a wellness routine. There are various light colors for what your body needs at that moment. You can adjust the temperature, lights and television channel. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job keeping the studio clean as well. You get 4 towels in your room - one is super cold and smells of eucalyptus. It's my reward after the sweat session. I highly recommend you check it out for a $20 visit. You're welcome!
