I had service done in November because I was so excited for the holidays to come up. I wanted to have my hair done prior. I called in advance to get an appointment and Roberta agreed to do a cut color and style. I have curly Hair. I was content with the color. The cut not so much, cut more than I anticipated. She offered me tea but never received. She told me “I can’t style your hair I have an appointment in two hours with another client” so why would you agree to do my hair in the first place? I told her politely, I’m not leaving here without getting my hair Done (big Mistake I should Have left after her telling me this.)
