Had an amazing experience with Nevia! She was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel bad about not knowing something. She was a hands-on teacher, explaining the products she used and why, and let me feel my hair after applying each product so I knew how it should feel when doing it on my own. Even though I didn't have any pictures, she asked a lot of questions to figure out the style I wanted.

I made a huge hair color mistake. It was so bad that I wore a hat to work for 2 days. Metta rescued me and my hair. She fit me in last minute, she colored my hair so beautifully.
