The salon owner was very nice in trying to resolve this situation however we could not come to an agreement that was beneficial for all of us. I very much dislike going to hair salons and I rarely go due neurodivergent incompatibilities with the whole process. I requested a dark uniform color base with the purple on the bottom (last picture was the reference), and asked the stylist before beginning the process, she said it would be doable. I had been bleaching my hair at home and there was a lot of varying shifts in lightness in my hair, which I wanted to resolve professionally. There was no color correction, just brown dye and purple dye on top of what I had. I paid $225 for a full foil double process and $35 for a cut, so $260 for coloring that looks very unlike the reference photos.

I had a perm done by Stephanie. It’s one of my favorite s not frizzy or to curly just the waves I wanted and very soft. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend. Thank you Stephanie love it

Can’t say enough good things about this salon!! I absolutely hate having to maintain my hair. Went here a few months ago with my teenager and they got me in and did two full colors and cuts and brought my teenagers box dyed hair back to life. We both left super thrilled with our experience. I decided to give them a second shot and get my hair trimmed. They went above and beyond and took me in right away, instead of scheduling an appointment as a walk-in and trimmed up the front of my hair and even helped shape the back to make it more manageable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!! Thank you

First off I should say my hair is difficult and most people struggle to cut it the way I like. I've been through quite a few salons and many stylists so when I decided to try Persnipity I didn't know what to expect. Turns out I was pleasantly surprised! Karina cut my hair perfectly and even nailed my bangs in one go! She recommended good products and cut/styled my hair with ease. I was very impressed by her and her skill. The establishment it's is stylish, modern, and clean. I'll definitely be back!
