So I went to this location because I'm new to the area I scheduled A appointment for a Amount of sixty five dollars , But the lady I talk to... talked me into getting a wash.Also, so it costs me $90.Total an additional twenty five dollars for the wash... Which I didn't mind because my son really wanted to braids.. Make a long story short. The braids were great.. So upon returning I sent my son-in to make an appointment. Only to be told that the same six braids he wanted again "corn rolls".. Was now going to cost him $85.No wash included this time.. She honestly tried to get over on my son with the price.He came out to the car and told me what she was asking for and we left... They lost a good customer for their horrible customer service and rates.. You can't charge us one price.. And then

If you are looking for someone to bless your crown and has what Black Elders call "Growing Hands", this is the place for you! Perla is one of the best braiders in this state and her customer service is impeccable. She even offers a pet therapy session (she has 2 cats that help to reduce anxiety for clients who request them) for clients with special needs. Her prices are reasonable and her skillset is vast. Book with her. You will NOT be disappointed.

PERLA EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! The fact she was very kind and professional on the phone and in person was amazing. Perla doesn’t braid your hair in a rush and say bye, she has a system where your head is being treated with oils and washed blow dried and SHE MAKES SURE THE BRAIDS ARE SYMMETRICAL. In her words “anyone can braid hair, but not everyone can take care of your hair” Ran by Perla and her polite professional daughters, they wash their hands and explain every step and why. Just to add there is no way i could see them getting that 1 star review but we know what happens when Karen doesn’t get her way i guess. 10/10 recommend if you want a place to return to over and over! They truly are great people and i will be back. I’ve been handing out her business card to everyone i see.

Called and was told that walk ins were on Wed at 11am. I arrived at 11:05, the man there told me that Perla would be there any minute. Waited an hour and the Braider never showed up. While I waited, two very needy cats kept trying to get on my lap. I called multiple times to try to reschedule but was never answered. Wish she had more respect for our time.

The salon was so friendly and helpful. My hair was excellently braided and she trimmed the ends before starting. Given my hair was longer than expected and tangled, she handled it with professionalism.
