Perfume Center

They tried to scam my wife and brother in law. They made a +$250 dollar purchase on various perfumes and the store stated that the payment didn't go through, even though the payment was made according to the bank app. We contacted the bank and they said the payment was made. We hanged out at the store for over a hour trying to figure things out but the store just said to go back in a couple of days to see if the payment went through. We waited waited a couple of days and store said that the payment never went through. We went to the bank and they stated that the payment did go through on the day we made the purchase. We went directly back to the store and told them to either give us the perfumes/colognes or that we were going to dispute the charge. After the store clerk made some phones

Me and my wife bought Cologne and perfume from there. That supposedly was brand name when I put it on Evaporates, before I can get to my car. This place is fraud , and i'm going to report them.

Happy they had a discontinued perfume i wanted, but felt uncomfortable at checkout. Was asked for my ID and to hand them my credit card instead of having a reader for customers to insert themselves she just input my information into the computer… felt like they could potentially just keep that information and use it later. Definitely don’t recommend.

When I first purchased I had a great experience. I went back to exchange because they don’t do returns. I didn’t have the receipt but the boxes weren’t open and I could show proof of purchase. The man was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t assist. Do not support this business. No respect for customers. I am appalled because my initial experience was phenomenal. It’s the holiday time, I tried to keep track of all the receipts, but obviously mistakes happen. This place needs to be closed. How are they still in business!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. A week ago a friend bought me a perfume, the truth is when she told me the price it seemed SUPER EXPENSIVE and we decided it was better to return it since we found it much cheaper in another store. Today I came and resolved that they told me that they cannot return the money (I HAVE THE RECEIPT) that their policy says so. SO DON'T BUY IN THAT STORE...
