Perfume Appeal

Over priced perfume, I got it at a different store for better price. Clerk was peer pressuring to buy an item “he” suggested instead of what I was looking for. He didn’t mention any policies so when we thought to return it he insisted that we couldn’t because of their policy.

I called the "store" to explain that an item was damaged and she only would repeat over and over, "no returns, no exchange". I told her I was not return and it was not exactly and exchange and she said something I could not understand and hung up on me. She would not pick up the phone after I tried to call back several times. I was not irate with her nor did I raise my voice. Unbelievable customer service!

I found exactly what I wanted without having to travel far or order online. Staff is a delight to deal with and super knowledgeable. I'm so happy with my purchase from, "Perfume Appeal".

Prices not bad, but Clerk acted like I was a bother. Not worth it for me to return.

All brand perfumes at great prices! Very professional service as well. Located right directly whenever you enter the main entrance of the Mall, before the food court.
